As part of a long-term partnership, m+p is supporting Hint AG in the development of an internal, AI-supported knowledge platform. The aim is to make internal expertise from various sources centrally accessible in order to speed up service desk processes, shorten familiarisation times and ensure the sustainable transfer of knowledge.

The platform combines data from different systems - such as document management and ticket solutions - and makes it available via an intuitive chat interface. Intelligent agents are used that can automatically choose between internal knowledge searches and external search options. The solution is fully integrated into Hint AG's existing IT and SSO environment.
