Model-Agnostic AI Architecture: Implementation of a structure that allows for the flexible use of the best available language models for transcription and analysis to always remain at the technological forefront.
Swiss Security Standards: Establishment of an architecture with end-to-end encryption and hosting exclusively in Switzerland to meet the requirements of banks and regulated institutions.
Seamless Workflow: Integration of digital signatures for finalizing minutes and connections to existing business tools (Teams, SharePoint, Google).
Intuitive Multi-Org-Experience: Development of a dashboard that allows professional board members to seamlessly switch between different organizations without losing track.
AI Model Fallback & Reliability: To ensure critical AI-supported processes are available at all times, m+p implemented a multi-stage fallback logic: if an AI model fails or is unreachable, the system automatically switches to an alternative model—without interruption for the user. This ensures that logging and analysis function reliably even in exceptional situations.
Modular Workflow Architecture with Evals & Schema Validation: The AI pipeline was deliberately divided into smaller, dedicated work sections—such as transcription, structuring, classification of decisions, and actions. Each stage has its own evaluation logic and schema validators that automatically check the result before it is passed on to the next step. This approach significantly increases output quality and enables targeted troubleshooting and optimization of individual components.
Human-in-the-Loop Error Correction: The user can actively intervene at the right points in the workflow: draft minutes can be viewed, edited, and commented on directly. Furthermore, the user can specifically trigger a new AI processing—provided with specific instructions and supplementary information. This controlled feedback loop ensures that human judgment is incorporated where it creates the most added value, without slowing down the overall automated process.
